I don't know if this still qualifies or not, but in-game I was told.
"Be sure to register on our forums for a rank-up to inlander."
(Probably not exact words but something along those lines from the announcement.)

As far as I know that's the only thing needed.
Asked if there were other requirements but in-game staff didn't reply or the mod and other staff didn't.
Came on here to see it said one week.
So I'm kind of unsure if I should be applying but I might as well try.
Even though I've had a bumpy road in my first two days I still find this server pretty cool.
It's run by a friend of mine that I played with on my past server with Xariu.
Most people are friendly and it has towny. (BIG THING FOR ME, I'm not a faction fan...)
AND ITS ON TEKKIT!!!
Lastly, I plan to stay here long and be a good member of server and follow rules and keep it user-friendly. (Well except for raiding...but I'le keep it to a minimum.)
Please Consider My Application. And if it's invalid can you please tell me the requirements on inlander so I know for future reference.
